Position Overview
Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Leader to shape and execute our labor strategy across North America.
This individual contributor role serves as the primary labor relations expert for our unionized operations in the United States and Canada (6 U.S.
sites, 1 Canada), while also advising on broader employee relations strategy across the Global Supply Chain (GSC) manufacturing and distribution center facilities in region.
This is a highly visible, strategic role that partners closely with senior HR and Supply Chain leaders, including the GSC NAM Vice President of Human Resources, Cluster Vice President, Plant Managers, and the HR Directors for unionized plants.
The successful candidate will influence long-term labor strategy, lead collective bargaining efforts, and help ensure a consistent, positive, and compliant employee experience across our manufacturing footprint.
