+ **Implement behavior plans** created by BCBAs
+ **Use ABA strategies** like DTT and naturalistic teaching
+ **Collect data** and submit session notes
+ Support student engagement and skill development
+ Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other faculty staff
+ Follow behavior plans to manage challenging behaviors
+ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

+ High School Diploma or GED
+ **6+ months ABA experience**
