Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end recruitment for SG and regional open roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and candidate management.
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each open role in consultation with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate hiring panels.
- Manage candidate pipeline in the ATS; ensure data accuracy and full pipeline visibility.
