• Provide a county-wide out‑patient appointment booking service for patients referred on an Urgent Suspected Cancer Pathway, ensuring wait‑time targets and efficient use of capacity.
• Monitor referrals, identify problems, take appropriate actions to manage referrals efficiently.
• Action clinic re‑scheduling to maintain clinical priorities and liaise directly with services/consultants where capacity problems exist.
• Make judgments and decisions on flexing template capacity to balance clinical priorities and wait‑time targets.
