Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, including Mechanical (fixed and rotating equipment), Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS, PLC, and Automation Systems.
- Lead plant turnaround (TAR) activities by establishing turnaround committees, planning and coordinating meetings, and ensuring all activities are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Participate in and support various HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) management systems and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Production, HSSEI, Supply Chain, and Laboratory teams to support operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Manage instrument and equipment calibration activities while ensuring all records and documentation remain current.
