The Facilities Coordinator should ensure the day-to-day smooth management and operation of facilities infrastructure through administrative support and overseeing maintenance of equipment and supplies, coordinating repairs or renovation projects, and safety inspections tasks including vendor coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as first line of contact for all facilities related issues, concerns, projects, etc.
• Manages incident report of injury, illness, and other situations related to health and safety of the employees and our workplace.
• Provides presentations and updates about current safety hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards
• Ensures the exterior and interior of the building are maintained by coordinating with the admin and relevant vendors.
