Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a part-time Urgent Care Provider (.6 FTE) to join our team. We are looking for a provider who share WWH's vision of creating healthier tomorrows for our patients and is passionate about supporting our community members along their wellness journeys.
Our ideal candidate will help with all aspects of care, including treatments and consultations as part of a physician/advanced practice provider team. The provider will work in outpatient setting and will practice independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides clinical care for patients.
• Completes comprehensive patient assessments.
• Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness.
• Orders and interprets medical diagnostics.
