Position Overview
Responsibilities - Actively seek and develop new business in the interior design and fit‑out sector.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to build the sales pipeline.
- Provide management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and opportunity insights.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
- Log sales activities in CRM, update reports and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as needed.
- Drive lead follow‑up, negotiation, and deal closure.
