Summary of Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Focus on Self-Sufficiency Department Director, the Adult Mentor assists in coordinating, implementing, and monitoring of assigned services and activities offered through the RochesterStep to Success Program component of the Focus on Self Sufficiency Department (FSSD). The Adult Mentor will provide support to program participants seeking economic mobility and self-sufficiency through program participation and services.
