About the Role A healthcare regulatory body in Singapore is looking for motivated individuals to support its organizational transformation journey. This is a contract role (1 year, with option to renew subject to performance) where you will contribute to driving meaningful change across the organization.
What You Will Do - Support organizational transformation efforts through policy development, communications, and stakeholder engagement
- Research, benchmark, and develop papers, content, or recommendations related to transformation initiatives
- Engage internal stakeholders to gather views, surface issues, and support consultations on transformation-related matters
- Work across multiple workstreams to align policy intent, messaging, and implementation, and provide secretariat support where needed
