**Minimum Qualifications:**

High school graduate or GED., and one (1) year of previous related food service. Must also have a valid Texas driver's license and complete Safe Driving training.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Banquet experience.
+ Relevant experience working in a healthcare or academic setting.
+ Working knowledge of CaterTrax

**Job Summary:**

Manages, plans, and executes all catered events through the Department of University Events.
