YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2-3 years' experience in a direct customer service capacity, with 2-years prior cash handling, preferably in a retail banking environment, teller related experience preferred.
Sales aptitude and ability to identify customer needs.
Valid NMLS Registration required.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Internal contact with managers, inter-branch and departmental personnel as well as outside vendors.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate in order to exchange information with individual customers. Ability to travel throughout the company footprint if required. Ability to navigate throughout the branch to facilitate customer requests and meet operational standards.
