Job Description Dr. Sungjin Ko's laboratory in the Department of Regenerative Medicine and Cell Biology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow for a multi‐year NIH‐funded project beginning September1,2026. The postdoctoral fellow will investigate liver cancer and liver regeneration using in‐vitro systems and in‐vivo mouse models, focusing on cellular plasticity, cholangiocarcinoma pathogenesis, cholestasis‐to‐CCA transition and biomarker discovery. Responsibilities Develop and conduct research within the NIH‐funded project: design, implement, troubleshoot, and interpret experiments related to liver regeneration, liver cancer, and cellular plasticity (35%).
