About the Role Our ambition is to modernize how underwriting is governed and steered across P&C and L&H, strengthening underwriting discipline, decision quality, portfolio steering, and the effective use of data, technology, and AI-supported capabilities. As Underwriting Transformation Manager, you will help turn this ambition into practical change. You will lead high-impact transformation initiatives from strategy to execution, shaping operating models, processes, tools, and ways of working that are adopted across the business. A key current focus is reimagining underwriting governance across Swiss Re.
