The UMH Teacher (U) prepares lesson plans and instructs students in a classroom setting. Moreover, the incumbent evaluates and monitors students’ performance.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provides a syllabus of course material before the start of the course.
Takes daily attendance, and conducts follow up with absences to foster retention.
Provides classroom instruction per hours agreed upon per schedule.
Administers quizzes and tests the students on course materials.
Provides weekly homework on course materials to evaluate course knowledge.
