QUALIFICATIONS:
Technologists must be registered and in good standing with the ARDMS with credentialing in physics, vascular and abdominal preferred.
Maintains certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Category I exposure to bloodborne pathogens, frequent exposure to chemical hazards and may encounter radiation hazards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the indirect supervision of the Radiologist, performs the full range of diagnostic Ultrasound procedures as per the established Radiologist protocols. Assist physicians with invasive US biopsy procedures.Performs and evaluates ultrasound images exams providing accurate documentation and images of procedure(s) results.
