Summary:
Provides patient services using diagnostic equipment for the use and interpretation of ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a radiologist. Assists the radiologist in gathering sonographic data necessary to reach diagnostic decisions.
Education:
Graduate of accredited ultrasound technology program.
Experience:
* Under One Year
Credentials:
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography:
* Abdomen Ultrasound - Certified
* Breast Ultrasound - Certified (For Breast Center Only)
* Vascular Ultrasound - Certified (or required within 1 year of hire)
* Basic Life Support (American Heart or Red Cross)
