UK & Export Sales Assistant Children’s Books (Full-Time)

Based: Head Office (Leicester)

The Role

Working within the Sales team, you’ll be involved with the day‑to‑day overall sales processes within our UK and Export business. With a focus on administrative tasks such as answering queries, managing spreadsheets and creating sales material, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the department running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase orders (via email, Amazon etc.) accurately and efficiently
• Handling general enquiries via e‑mail, telephone and face‑to‑face
• Raising invoices, quotes and credit notes
• Managing customer communications throughout the sales process
