Typical Day in Role

Collaborate with business analysts, sponsors, project leads, and IT teams to understand and implement business requirements.

Translate technical requirements into business requirements and actionable design specifications.

Design user interface specifications using client research, design standards, and bank best practices, considering strategic objectives, user needs, and system constraints.

Participate in design review sessions, gaining consensus and approvals on designs and documentation.

Work with project managers to ensure usability deliverables align with timelines, budgets, and scope.

Contribute to methodology/process improvements, documentation, workflows, ROI metrics, and design standards.

Act as a UI/UX advocate, promoting user-centered design principles.

Prototype and showcase end-to-end user experiences.

Ensure compliance with industry and accessibility standards (WCAG).
