Job Purpose: Oversee the registration policies and procedures, ensure the timely completion of necessary documentation for the section, and assist clients with their daily requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contract and Data Administration
  • Ensure all contract services are managed in accordance with the contract management plan.
  • Coordinate the usage of primary data and information to align with emerging trends.
  • Ensure all companies within the Freehold are operating with a valid license.
  • Prepare necessary documents prior to registration/incorporation of the company.
  • Handle company cancellations in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Reserve trade names.
  • Review documents submitted by Tenants and verify attestation and legalization.
