The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent early in their career. As an Application Consultant, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and SAP system capabilities, help customers implement SAP solutions, optimize operations, and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 12‑month learn‑and‑apply academy program.
• Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real‑customer engagement scenarios.
• Gather business requirements and configure SAP solutions aligned to business processes.
• Lead system set‑up, deployment and testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot upgrades and enhancements.
