UA & Growth Intern (App Growth & User Acquisition) — Must-Have Skills We are looking for a highly driven UA & Growth Intern who can support end-to-end mobile app marketing operations across performance marketing, rewarded/user acquisition campaigns, programmatic advertising, influencer collaborations, analytics, and growth experiments. Mobile App Marketing Knowledge

Basic understanding of mobile app ecosystem (Android/iOS)

Knowledge of CPI, CPA, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, LTV, CTR, CVR, etc.

Understanding of app install funnels and user acquisition lifecycle

Familiarity with app growth strategies for gaming or consumer apps Performance Marketing

Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC/App Campaigns), TikTok Ads
