At EFWS (Education and Family Wellbeing Service) we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Teachers, Mentors, Tutors and SEN specialists in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole Area. Our goal is to support children and young people who have become disengaged from mainstream education, helping them rediscover their love for learning and to build a brighter future. We are looking for individuals who can look past behaviour to see the child, understanding that education is not just about grades, it is about rebuilding confidence, agency and self-worth.
