Turnover Technicians are responsible for the quick and efficient turnover (make ready) of residential rental units within the allocated time, with the highest quality, most complete and accurate work, and with 100% new tenant satisfaction. Turnover Technicians provide assistance to the facilities manager with any necessary administrative tasks or physical labor that support preparing the property for new resident arrival.

This is a seasonal position that starts May 18, 2026 and runs through August 21, 2026. Tools, training, and PPE will be provided.
