The Turnaround Assistant is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all maintenance activities during plant turnaround (including shutdown). TA Assistant report directly to the Shift Supervisor.

The role serves as the critical interface between Operations & TA Maintenance in ensuring all the PTW requirements are met before allowing work to commence by the contractors during TA /SD.
