Position Overview
Responsibilities - Supervise TBM operations—including excavation, ring building, backfill grouting, and alignment control—to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and milestones.
- Protect structural and ground integrity by monitoring TBM parameters (torque, advance rate, face pressure) and geotechnical instruments to manage settlement risks.
- Manage underground safety, enforcing WSH regulations for tunnelling and compressed air works.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of precast concrete tunnel segments, key joints, and waterproofing systems during installation.
- Report and coordinate daily/weekly progress, partnering with the Main Contractor to clear on‑site technical roadblocks.
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in TBM tunnelling operations.
