Position Overview

The role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) Designer to join our Auckland TTM team.


In this role you will produce accurate, compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), coordinate approvals through the relevant Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs), and provide day‑to‑day support to our operations team. A strong focus on worker safety, public safety, and minimising customer impact is essential. 


Key responsibilities

  • Create TTM Designs to minimise customer impact, including the use of shared closures or alternate traffic management approaches aligned with NZGTTM principles. 

  • Identify TTM and construction risks early and ensure appropriate mitigations are designed into TMPs. 

  • Build strong working relationships with the Road Controlling Authorities to support timely approvals and high‑quality submissions.
