TTM Coordinator – Wellington

Higgins Wellington is looking for an organised and proactive TTM Coordinator to support the efficient planning, scheduling and administration of Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) activities. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly – coordinating bookings, allocating resources, supporting subcontractors, and ensuring accurate documentation so our crews can deliver safe, compliant and high‑quality TTM services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating TTM bookings – receiving, managing and confirming internal and external requests
• Scheduling staff and plant – working with Supervisors to allocate the right people and equipment
• Preparing job packs and documentation – ensuring crews have accurate TMPs, schedules and compliance information
