Job Description
An employer is looking for a Cyber Planner to sit at Fort Meade. In this role, you will lead and support future operations planning and the execution of defensive cyber operations, applying operational art and design to develop effective cyberspace plans. You will integrate relevant elements of JIPOE, conduct deliberate and crisis-action planning using the Joint Planning Process (JPP), and guide diverse stakeholder teams to produce plans aligned with the Commander’s priorities and intent. Responsibilities include developing Staff Estimates, supporting Operational Planning Teams and Working Groups, participating in B2C2WG activities, and delivering briefings to senior leaders. You will author and staff CONOPS and Level 1–4 plans, produce issue papers and white papers, and create mission-type orders for defensive cyberspace campaigns.
