Registrar, Maternity and Gynaecology

The Maternity and Gynaecology department at NUH is seeking a registrar at ST3‑5 level to provide robust middle grade cover on both campuses 24/7. 12‑month fixed‑term contracts are offered with the potential for extension by mutual agreement.

The role supports applicants starting or mid‑way through their CESR journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering patient care across hospital and community obstetrics, gynaecology and midwifery services.
• Providing obstetric and gynaecology specialist care at City Hospital, Queen’s Medical Centre and the Nottingham Treatment Centre.
• Assisting in the transformation of services, including relocation activities and primary integrated care clinic provision.
• Participating in the certified gynaecology‑oncology programme and working within the Advanced Ovarian Cancer Surgery centre.
