About This Opportunity

• Create a team and set the budget and goals
• Determine the format and theme of the trivia night
• Prepare questions and help select a venue
• Secure liquor licence, if necessary
• Make a list of needed supplies
• Help promote the event
• Decide on ticket prices
• Secure possible sponsorships
• Set up the venue at the start and clean up at the end

Most of the tasks can be done from home, with virtual meetings with the Directors from time to time, but the final days of executing an event will require attendance.
