Attorney: False Claims Act, Financial Frauds, Whistleblower Representation

Morgan Verkamp LLC is seeking an attorney with 8+ years of experience in False Claims Act litigation, fraud prosecution, financial fraud evaluation and/or related enforcement matters. This is a fully remote position , with occasional travel to our home office and additional travel as needed for litigation, hearings, depositions, client meetings, and case strategy sessions.

Candidates should have substantial experience handling complex civil or criminal fraud matters, False Claim Act litigation, whistleblower matters, government investigations, or other complex fraud prosecution.
