ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking of incoming payment PDC and dated checks
• Acknowledgement Receipt/ Official Receipt/Collection Receipt for posting it on SAP
• Dispatch and Deposit
• Journal entry in SAP

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or Accounting Technology
• With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in the same capacity
• Knowledgeable with complete accounting cycle, closing of year-end external audit and appropriate internal controls
• Must be adept in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, and Power point
• Experience in Accounting System - SAP
