Job Description

• Petty cash fund custodian
• Monitor PDCs and preparation of deposit slips
• Prepare schedule of payment as required by immediate head
• Prepare request for payment to suppliers and staff in a timely manner
• Prepare summary report for payment and expenses
• Prepare and submit reports and payments to various Government Agencies as they become due
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• At least one (1) year working experience in a related field
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate; can do MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Willing to render overtime
