Job Description

• Prepares and submits all documents required for loan or lease applications on a timely basis. Regularly monitor and report monthly status of loan and lease balances and covenants.
• Ensure PDCs are issued as agreed
• Prepares cash flow reports and identifies and evaluate variances
• Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (daily, weekly monthly quarterly, etc.)
• Monitors bank transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
• Complete all cash management set-up documentation, prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management
• Recommends improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
