Responsibilities:
Lead and drive collective performance of frontline sales to meet overall business outcomes assigned for investment productsDevelop portfolio strategies and business plans with District Heads and Branch Managers to optimise sales capacity and effectivenessDeliver CIO market updates and house views on timely basis and provide clear tactical strategy leveraging on CIO and GFM views to sales staff to enhance their functional competencies & professionalism in the course of interacting with customersProvide professional support and service to sales staff and customers on regular portfolio review for customers with sales staff.
