Position Overview
Job Description
- Strategically and effectively supervising the team, ensuring that they are being developed, have direction, and are provided with meaningful feedback.
- You will be responsible for the full day-to-day operation of specific areas in the tray set-up department and liaising with other departments to achieve daily targets (E.g. Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores, Planning etc.)
- Adapting to the tight schedule, fast pace and constant changing requirements but continuing to deliver results as per customer specifications and schedules.
- Being a role model and leading a team to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with correct menu specifications as displayed on all workstations.
- Ensuring operations adhere to all SOP’s and ALL relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements. Ensuring compliant to unannounced audits
