We seek a Travelling Personal Assistant to support an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual, based in Europe with monthly travel to NYC. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for a PA who thrives in an international lifestyle and is comfortable operating at the highest level of discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Personal & lifestyle management (dating messaging support); work with team of 10 currently supporting dating effort and coordinate your work with them
• Travel support: packing, unpacking, traveling ahead with luggage, hotel check in, meal preparation (e.g., making salads and sourcing organic produce anywhere, any time, any way)
• Any other personal tasks (however the principal has 2 other full time assistants (one in NYC handling legal, financial, professional matters and a remote VA for email and calenda...
