Job Details- Operating Room (OR) - RN role at Bassett Medical Center
- OR Suites: 12
- Average Daily Case Volume: 25-30 cases per day
- Primary Case Types: General Surgery and Orthopedics
- Additional Service Lines include Plastics, Neuro, Vascular, ENT, GYN, Urology, GI, Pain Management, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular hybrid cases, Podiatry
- OR RNs expected to take call and support multiple service lines
- Maintain strong foundational OR skill set to safely support a variety of case types
- OR RNs will not assist in other departments unless prior experience
Job Requirements- Comfortable working with a broad range of OR equipment and devices
- Ability to support multiple service lines as needed
- Flexibility essential due to variety of cases on call
