Job Details- Occupational Therapist (OT) position at a 30 bed acute inpatient rehab facility.
- Preference for experience with neurological diagnoses.
- Black scrubs dress code versus business casual.
Job Requirements- Must have BLS certification (AHA required).
- Must have relevant state licensure for Occupational Therapist in Kansas.
- Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
- Must provide professional credentials including Ascension Resume, Signed Assignment Agreement, Ascension Badge Photo, and Ascension Profile.
- Must provide personal health history documentation including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (optional), Positive PPD or Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, and Tdap.
