  • Required Experience: Acute care surgical floor experience and Stepdown/PCU experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Transplant, ENT, preceptor, and charge nurse experience.
  • BLS (AHA) required.Nurses may be assigned to either Med/Surg or Step down patients based on staffing needs. ICU nurses floated to the unit will care for higher-acuity Step down patients according to their skill set.
