LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Day/Night, Sunday - Saturday, 12-hour shifts, or , weekend rotation. Some holidays based on operational need.
Tracheostomy and surgical experience required. 
Must have at least a 3 or 4 in skill ranking for two out of the four following specialties (preferably gynecology and plastics):
1. Gynecology
2. Urology
3. Plastics
4. Colorectal
Epic experience required
WI or compact RN license required
AHA BLS required
Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
