Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

• Active KY/Multistate license required.
• 1-2 years of Reahab or Hospital experience required.
• Required certifications: BLS
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• 3x12-Hour, (DAYS SAT-MON) EOW Requirement: Based on unit needs/demands
• 13-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location: LOUISVILLE, KY 40241
