Job Description

The Customer Service Representative for the Travel Account handles customer inquiries related to travel bookings, reservations, changes, and general travel assistance. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and timely support for travelers.

• Assist customers with travel reservations, bookings, and itinerary changes
• Handle inquiries related to flights, accommodations, and travel policies
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and maintain records
