Our client, a well-established and reputable travel agency, is looking to add a Leisure Travel Agent to their in-office team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, crafting memorable vacations, and being part of a collaborative office environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and booking leisure travel including cruises, tours, FIT, and packaged vacations
- Providing exceptional end-to-end client service, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up
- Handling bookings, changes, exchanges, and client documentation accurately and efficiently
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with repeat and referral clients
- Working closely with suppliers and internal team members to deliver seamless travel experiences
