Position Overview
Mô tả công việc: Job Deccription- Handle travel requests assigned by the department manager. Determine clients#39; needs, providing advice and relevant recommendations; design bespoke travel itineraries according to customer preferences (Interests, expectations, budget, etc.)
- Proactively collaborate with the Product team and/or local suppliers to create exclusive experiences to accommodate respective requests.
- Coordinate with the respective relevant department to make travel arrangements including flight ticket reservations, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, sightseeing tours, and other services such as rentals of cars or boats.
- Follow-up payment with customers.
- Host and respond to all customers’ phone calls/online meetings in a timely manner, professionally and courteously upon request.
