Position Overview

We are seeking a
skilled Locums Trauma Surgery Physician to provide coverage in Sacramento, CA.
This opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic trauma setting while
enjoying a flexible locums schedule in Northern California’s capital city.

Compensation: $320,000 for 104 shifts per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    full-scope trauma surgery coverage
  • Perform
    surgical interventions, admissions, and follow-up care
  • Collaborate
    with trauma team members including advanced practice providers, nurses, and
    specialists
  • Participate
    in trauma call coverage as scheduled

    • Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Trauma Surgery / General Surgery
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA certification
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • Prior trauma surgery experience preferred
