This facility is seeking a trauma surgery nurse practitioner or physician assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.; July 11-12, July 25-26, August 3-5, August 13-16

Practice Setting: Level Two Trauma Center

Types of Cases: Adult trauma and critical care patients; trauma service management, admissions, discharges, and patient monitoring

Required Procedures: Central venous catheter insertion, arterial line insertion, chest tube insertion and removal, cervical spine clearance, fracture and dislocation reductions, laceration repair, incision and drainage, wound debridement, burn management, drain removal, and suture removal

Licensure Required: Active California physician assistant or nurse practitioner license; California Furnishing Number for nurse p...
