**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and high-quality care to critically injured patients .

+ Provide care to general surgery and trauma patients at level 1 trauma hospital.
+ 12 hour shifts to support mix of day and night coverage.
+ Provide coverage to a 24 hour/7 day a week service line.
+ Obtain pertinent medical history and appropriate physical exams.
+ Orders and interprets pertinent lab and/or xray studies and conveys information to attending physicians.
+ Document all patient care within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and complete all necessary tasks in compliance with health system policies and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate billing.
