Job Summary

Under general supervision, to operate a van or transportation vehicle over designated routes within an established time schedule; to transport special education students to and from school; to perform daily inspections of a van or transportation equipment; and to do other related work as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Education equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Possession of a valid Class C, Motor Vehicle Operator’s License. Experience: One year of experience as a transportation aide or school bus driver and the completion of a school bus driver training program, preferred.
